Gerhard Groenewald career began, after school, as an article clerk under a training contract with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants, while studying for his bachelor’s degree through the University of South Africa.
He completed his Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting degree. After completing his studies and training contract he qualified as a Professional Accountant [SAIPA] in South Africa. With more than 10 years’ experience working in the accounting profession and commerce in a wide variety of sectors including but not limited to the Software Development, Retail and Manufacturing industries.
Campher Serfontein has a BCom LLB (Stellenbosch). 28 years experience in public-, private- and non-profit sectors. Specialising primarily in the areas of Revenue design, transformation and change management of large organisations such as SARS and the Indonesian Tax Administration. International experience as Lead Tax Advisor for the Australian programme (TAMF and AIPEG) in Indonesia from 2007- 2010 as well as Senior Advisor for the same program from 2017-2021. Started a non-profit program in 2010 as part of a vision to care and ensure sustainability and poverty alleviation through education. Continue to manage this program financially and strategically.
Carl Morris career began after school and after conscription. He developed his first Water Park at age 25 (which he is still the owner of) after which he joined Gestetner International as a sales consultant. He was quickly promoted to a management role to develop an online credit bureau for Namibia and Botswana on behalf of Compuscan Pty Ltd ( now Experian PLC ) a very successful business.
Carl started a construction and development company in 2006 which is still in operation. Carl consults on business development in the Tourism, Hospitality and Recreational industry, both locally in South Africa and in the USA and develops retail and adventure parks and activities locally. Carl has 30 years experience in Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Business Management, Strategic Planning, Transformation and Financial Planning and Modeling. He has a passion to help develop solid business platforms for long term sustainable income generation for Non-Profits.
